The Experience: 

Gather items to make yourself comfortable. Find your "sanctuary" within your home. Pull out your yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye covering and headphones. **Sound baths are a binaural experience and are best enjoyed listening with headphones. If it feels right to you, anoint yourself with a favorite essential oil and perhaps even place some crystals near you. They will get charged as well. You can lie on your back, side or stomach; whatever is most comfortable for you. Feel free to move during the session. Set an intention. This may help you to focus during your journey as well as to potentially let go of thoughts that no longer serve you. You can come back to this intention at the end of the session and take it with you or let it go.
